there's no need to behave like he did in the press conference. it was like watching a kid after being told he can't have any sweets. he needs to realise and quick that no team is entitled to win and if you do lose, lose in the right way rather than a spoilt cunt

Re: 2015 NFL Season *Official Super Bowl thread*
the point is Newton loves to give it the billy big bollox when he wins but seems like a spolit little prick when he loses. Rather pitiful really.

It was an awful game, mistake ridden from both sides. You hope to see top sides perform on the big stage, i saw barely anything of the kind apart from the Broncos defense which had some help from the officiating crew.

The love in for Peyton Manning after was hilarious, yes he's been a great QB but he was beyond shit in the game just like he has been all season. It was like he'd won the Superbowl not the Broncos

Newton wears his heart on his sleeve and shows Authentically how he feels.

He's getting a fair amount of support for his Honesty after the game rather than the Political correctness of a Russell Wilson.

Also getting a fair amount of stick.

Anyway he's my boy so leave him alone :)

Panthers were always going to get nervy and didn't have the experience. The game was boring though.

As i said last night the officiating was beyond terrible and very biased towards the Broncos.

Similar comments certainly never been made before on this thread.

But anyway, both are played on foot rather than on horse which is probably where the word came from originally.

think manning's mind was made up as soo as they beat the patriots, he just didnt want to take the limelight awa from what the team had accomplished, credit to him for that

Re: 2015 NFL Season *Official Super Bowl thread*
I just dont get this game offence/defence a bit of play which lasts a matter of seconds and then they stop for 3 or 4 minutes. They call it football yet they use their hands most of the time

Re: 2015 NFL Season *Official Super Bowl thread*
Just caught up with the game.

Fair play to the Broncos as that's one of the worst offensive performances I've seen, let alone in the super bowl.

No better than the niners O in some games last year, but a magnificent defensive effort.

Manning is undecided about retirement, but he seriously needs to go.

Re: 2015 NFL Season *Official Super Bowl thread*
think you would have to do alot more than that to actually get ejected from a game, especially the superbowl. he didnt have a good game last night.

Goodell has suggested that 2 personal fouls on the same player should lead to an ejection, in which case Talib would have been gone very early last night after the taunting and the unneccesary roughness

Re: 2015 NFL Season *Official Super Bowl thread*
Falace, in the highlights package, how bad did Talib's goalline facemask look? When I was 'in the moment' I thought there was a good chance he would be ejected for a flagrant, dangerous facemask but this didn't even seem to be considered by the comms...

Re: 2015 NFL Season *Official Super Bowl thread*
actually the panthers were making lots of excuses and came across as a bunch of bitches!

Norman said they were playing against 2 teams meaning the refs. sore losers who cant take that they got completely outclassed on the night

Re: 2015 NFL Season *Official Super Bowl thread*
the catch ule is a joke! just rewatched the highlights and i dont see how that cothchery play wasnt a catch, if that is given the game could of been completely different! brroncos dont get that defensive touchdown if that catch counts and who knows how the rest of the game goes.
